When do the funds go into our account?

Funds for transactions done before 9pm AEST/AEDT will be transferred to your account on the next Victorian business day.

Depending on your bank, the transfer of the settlement funds may not be shown on bank account balance until the following day

Are there any ongoing costs?

After you've purchased your terminal, the only ongoing costs are transaction fees.  Please refer to our fees page

My settlement amount is less than the amount shown on my transactions reports, why?

There could be a few reasons for this, usually it's because we deduct the transactions fees from the settlement amount daily.  The description line in your bank statement includes the total value of transactions for the day.

Do you send monthly summary?

We will email you a monthly statement / tax invoice at the beginning of each month for the previous month.  The statement will include a summary of the transactions processed, fees paid and average cost of acceptance by card type.
